Samy Bettaieb

Samy graduated from UCLouvain with a Master’s degree in computer science with the specialisation in « Security and computer networks » in 2023. He is now a researcher and PhD student under the supervision of Axel Legay. He is working on malware detection and classification using symbolic execution and machine learning. He contributes to the SEMA toolchain by improving the symbolic execution exploration and by developing new machine learning classifiers.

Besides, he has an interest in malware analysis, but also in embedded systems.
