Sébastien obtained a Master in Computer Science in 2005 at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He started working as analyst-developer for the Legislative Observatory of the European Parliament for 3 years, then for the belgian social security.
For 3 years, as software architect, Sébastien was in charge of the API and cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) of a speech recognition service.
He started at CETIC in 2014 as Senior Research Engineer to strenghten the rubrique 33 department, in particular in the field of Model-driven deployment, operation and monitoring, using tools such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and OpenStack.
