Suzanne Kieffer holds a PhD in computer science. Her research interests include human-computer interaction, user experience, user-centered design and information visualization.She has significant experience in the development of eHealth and mHealth applications. Passionate about UX (user experience), she has been working for and with users for over ten years. She is a professor at the Catholic University of Leuven. She is a scientific collaborator of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium. She has been a visiting researcher at the Eindhoven University of Technology, the Netherlands. She also provides consulting services to help software development organizations define and implement successful UX strategy plans.
