Thomas Peeters is a FNRS Research Associate in Cryptography and a Faculty member at UCLouvain. His research focuses on Privacy & Verifiability in cryptographic primitives.
After a master’s in pure mathematics, he got a Ph.D. in engineering at UCLouvain in 2014. His thesis received the IBM Innovation Award 2015 when he was a CNRS postdoc at École Normale Supérieure, Paris. Back at UCLouvain since 2016, first as an FNRS Research Assistant and then as an FNRS Scientific Collaborator, he is still involved in modeling and (im)proving security, and building cryptographic primitives.
